Spurs look to have been handed a huge boost ahead of Saturday’s clash with Leeds after Jose Mourinho confirmed in his pre-match conference that both Carlos Vinicius and Lucas Moura would be fit to face Marcelo Bielsa’s side.

Both Brazilians have been missing of late through injury but it seems as if they could be in with a chance of appearing against the Yorkshire outfit in Saturday’s early kick-off.

Spurs are without a win in their last four Premier League games, whereas Leeds were superb in their 5-0 win against West Brom last time out, so it is definitely going to be a tricky game for the Lilywhites.

Recently we have seen Steven Bergwijn play in the front three alongside Heung-Min Son and Harry Kane, although with the Dutchman having failed to contribute a goal or an assist in his 10 top-flight appearances this season, Mourinho will surely be glad to welcome back Moura, especially with fellow winger Gareth Bale also sidelined with injury.

The former PSG man has struggled with his performances in the Premier League this season, averaging a disappointing 6.30 rating, although his performances in the Europa League have been excellent, as he has earned a superb 7.40 average rating in that competition.

Therefore, it seems as if Mourinho has a huge decision to make ahead of Saturday’s game, as to whether Moura or Bergwijn start on the right-hand side.

Considering the way Leeds attack in numbers, the Portuguese boss might go with Moura as he is more adept at tracking back and contributing defensively, although Bergwijn’s pace could be useful to exploit Bielsa’s side on the counter-attack.

Whoever Mourinho selects, it seems clear that they will be in for a tough game against Leeds, as they continue to impress following their promotion from the Championship but if Spurs have title aspirations, these are the sorts of games they need to be winning.

وكشف فيديو مصور نشرته شبكة “Bench Warmers” الأيرلندية أن جماهير إيفرتون حاولت لكم محمد صلاح، عندما كان يحاول اللحاق بالكرة بالقرب من المدرجات الخلفية للمرمى.

وأظهرت اللقطات المصورة أن جماهير إيفرتون الغاضبة كانت تحاول الإمساك بالمصري الدولي وربما لكمه في الوجه أو الجسد ولكن تفادى محمد صلاح الأمر بسرعته وابتعد عن المدرجات.

ولم يصب محمد صلاح بأي أذى وكانت محاولة فاشلة ولكن ليس هناك مبرر لقيام جماهير إيفرتون بهذا الأمر كما أكدت الشبكة الأيرلندية، رغم العداوة التاريخية مع ليفربول.

Sam Allardyce recorded his first win as Baggies boss on Saturday afternoon as Albion defeated arch-rivals Wolves 3-2 at Molineux, and now he heads to a former stomping ground with the aim of steering his side to safety in the Premier League.

The Irons are unbeaten in five matches in all competitions, so will pose a tricky test for the 66-year-old and his squad at the London Stadium.

But what sort of lineup could we see tonight? Will Big Sam stick or twist with a winning XI?

Here’s what we are predicting, along with the latest team and injury news…

There could be as many as three changes to the side that conquered the Old Gold at the weekend.

First-choice shot-stopper Sam Johnstone is likely to still be out after testing positive for the virus and while he’s now back in training, this game could be too early for an instant return, so David Button continues between the sticks.

The first alteration could be to the backline as Darnell Furlong comes in for Dara O’Shea at right-back.

He’s the natural option in the role. The young Irishman may have been deployed to counter the threat posed by Pedro Neto but the former QPR man offers more of an attacking option, having contributed to three goals this term.

He’ll join Kieran Gibbs, Kyle Bartley and Semi Ajayi in a traditional back four.

In midfield, Chelsea loanee Conor Gallagher is available after serving a one-match suspension and we think he’ll come straight back in, meaning Romaine Sawyers faces the chop.

The arguable Player of the Season so far will surely partner skipper Jake Livermore with Saturday’s goalscoring hero Matheus Pereira continuing in the no.10 role.

Callum Robinson was deployed as a striker up at Molineux, but we may see him revert back to a natural left-wing position with Robert Snodgrass starting his second-ever Albion game.

It’ll be his first return to the Hammers since leaving them at the start of the month.

As the 25-year-old goes back to the flank, we could see Hal Robson-Kanu in the forward position to start his first match since September. The £30k-per-week ace had been out with a fractured arm until his 21-minute cameo on Saturday.

He’s surely in line to start tonight.

Allardyce will still be without Conor Townsend and Karlan Grant, who are more long-term absentees, whilst Grady Diangana and Matty Phillips have been ruled out too, as per BirminghamLive.

Glasgow Rangers will have been thrilled with Kai Kennedy after he earned rave reviews during his Raith Rovers debut on Saturday.

Kennedy only moved to Stark’s Park at the start of the month having agreed a new two-year deal which will keep him at Rangers until 2023.

Despite appearing to be heading for the Ibrox exit in the summer, Ross Wilson hailed his “maturity” after he reiterated his commitment to the club.

On loan at John McGlynn’s Rovers, Kennedy has already made a big impression at Kirkcaldy so far as he set up a goal against Heart of Midlothian in his first start for the Championship club.

But that’s not all, as the young winger delivered a man-of-the-match performance for Rovers, providing two assists as they stunned Hearts at Tynecastle to move fourth in the table.

A puppyish bundle of energy and power, Kennedy earned the visitors’ second penalty before he teed up Regan Tumility to put Raith 3-0 ahead shortly after halftime.

Kennedy has enjoyed a fruitful spell since the start of this season, and the attacking midfielder has so far set the tone for the rest of the year in terms of productivity.

Since leaving Ibrox on a temporary basis in pursuit of more game time, the 18-year-old has proven to be a potent threat, providing four combined goals and assists in 11 appearances across all competitions.

After being criticised for his poor attitude, the left-winger has proved those doubters wrong and continues to go from strength to strength as he tries to gain some more experience.

With one goal and three assists in 11 games in 2020/21, Kennedy, who earns wages worth £31,200-per-year, has already nearly matched his tally from 2019-20, despite seeing just 775′ minutes of action first-hand.

If we take a closer look at the numbers, he contributes to a goal on average every 193′ minutes. Or, in other words, it roughly equates to a goal every two games.

In actual fact, the Scotland U19 international has been directly involved in more goals than Brandon Barker this season, which suggests that recalling Kennedy could provide an immediate upgrade on the 24-year-old.

This is further evidenced by the fact that Barker has contributed to just two goals and zero assists in 13 appearances since Kennedy left the club, which shows that the teenager has been more effective in the final third.

Furthermore, Barker has been deemed surplus to requirements by Steven Gerrard and seems set for the Ibrox exit. Kennedy, therefore, could be a fine addition to the first-team squad when he returns.

However, Rangers seem to be in no rush to hurry his development, as he will spend the rest of this season on loan at Rovers in the Championship and use that time to improve and come back as a better player.

Leeds United could find a long-term successor to Gjanni Alioski in MK Dons starlet Matthew Sorinola.

What’s the story?

Reports in recent weeks have suggested that Marcelo Bielsa’s side are one of a number of interested Premier League clubs in the 19-year-old, and that they have made checks on him since the start of the season.

Football League World have claimed in recent days that Leeds could face added competition from the likes of Brighton and Swansea, with the Seagulls seeing him having the same potential as Tariq Lamptey.

Bielsa’s Alioski successor

With Alioski’s contract coming to an end in the summer, and reports even linking him with a move to Galatasaray, the 28-year-old’s long-term future at Elland Road is very much unclear.

In Sorinola however, Bielsa’s concern about losing the versatile Leeds full-back would be eased considerably.

The MK Dons gem has really burst onto the scene this season, making 24 first-team appearances for the club, predominantly at left midfield, but with stints at left-back too.

Much like Alioski has transitioned into a full-back from when he was originally used as a more attacking winger, the same could be done with Sorinola.

His manager at MK Dons, Russell Martin, spoke highly of the teenager’s impressive aptitude for defending despite it not really being his natural strong suit. He said: “He’s technically right up there with anyone in the squad – he wants to play. I love his calmness too – for a young lad, he’s so composed. He defended really well. People may question his size but when you’re as brave as he is to play with the ball and get in people’s faces and shut them down, he has so much ability and potential.”

The fact that he’s a winger right now would make him a perfect option for Bielsa to slowly move him back slightly, but allow him to really be a marauding presence from full-back. Orta could strike gold for Leeds by landing Sorinola ahead of the competition.

JUVENTUDE SE PREPARA PARA DUELAR COM INTER

Com os mesmos 16 pontos que o São José (mas perdendo apenas no saldo de gols), o Juventude tem a manutenção de base e a permanência de jogadores como trunfo para se firmar de vez no Gauchão. Em contagem regressiva para enfrentar o Internacional, no domingo, às 17h, no Alfredo Jaconi, o técnico Antônio Carlos Zago diz que a equipe não se intimidará para tentar quebrar a “hegemonia” da dupla:

– É um jogo muito difícil, o Inter vem de uma derrota. Sabemos que nossa folha salarial é muito inferior, e que eles (Grêmio e Inter) crescem no decorrer da competição, mas vamos lutar muito para vencer e nos mantermos na frente – garantiu, ao LANCE!.
